Logo not displaying

Hi all,

I'm a newby in CRM, please help me with an advise or solution about my problem.

I followed this tutorial

New Skin Management Part 1 - An easy way for logo and logo text exchange from CRM7.0 Ehp1 - CRM - SCN Wiki

and did exact steps. But as result, when I personalized layout  I did not see my Logo at all and all other icons are missing too.

Why this happens?
