How to set textfield in only one row of SAPUI5 table

Dear Team,

I am developing application in SAPUI5 with javascript,

I need a help on below issues,

1. There is requirement to populate the table with five rows.
2. Only  4th number row will be editable and others are non editable.
3. Here all the data is coming from JSON response, I already set this data to table and placed TextField as template in columns and set all textfields to non editable,
4. Now need to make only 4th number row's text fields editable, please suggest me the correct way to achieve the same.

Please reply asap as this is urgent.
