Weekly off and holidays in leave without pay

Hi experts,

 

I am trying to include the weekly off(sat-sun) and holidays of any month to be included in "without pay" if an employee is on leave without pay for the whole month. How can I do this?

 

As far as I know my Payroll days and Absence days should come equal in IT2001. Please suggest some steps to handle this in SAP.
